Our gourmet cooking groups are popular and both are at capacity. Each group is unique in the exploration of cooking and the enjoyment of sharing great food with good friends.
Daytime Gourmet samples different cuisines from countries around the world, as well as regional American specialties. Members take turns hosting, coordinating menus, and cooking ahead of the group gathering. All participants share the expense of the meals. Past luncheons have included vegetarian, organic Italian, Paleo and Hungarian just to name a few.
Petit Gourmet likes to mix it up, figuratively and literally. Our activities have ranged from a professional paella making lesson, dumpling tasting at a wonderful restaurant, and a Downton Abbey High Tea at a member’s home. A love of cooking, interesting experiences and great conversation is the roux blending it all together.
Epicureans gourmet group is our newest and welcomes new members. Typically this group meets on the last Friday of each month at a restaurant or a member's home.
